Monster Energy Team Green Kawasaki has long been the leader in two-wheel racing and is continuing its hostile takeover of four-wheel UTV racing. Muzzys Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Robert Van Beekum and Funco Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Garrett and Taylor George will be representing Team Green in the 2012 World Off Road Championship Series (WORCS) UTV series, armed with the race-proven Kawasaki Teryx®.
Back for another season with Team Green is Muzzys Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Van Beekum who is no stranger to UTV racing, but will be competing in his first full WORCS UTV season. He will be looking to use the extensive experience he gained while racing the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS), combined with his experience as an ATV racer to put his Teryx out front.
In their first year competing in WORCS UTV, Garrett and Taylor George will be looking to follow their cousin, and four-time champion, Chad George’s path to the podium. Garrett will be contesting in the SXS Production 850 class while Taylor will be racing the SXS Production 1000 class behind the wheel of Chad’s championship Funco Monster Energy Kawasaki Teryx.
